World Terror isn't, necessarily related to the Israel _ Arab conflict.
Dore Gold, in this article, makes a valid point that it's misleading and counter productive to attribute the problem of world terrorism to the Israel – Palestinian conflict. This is called "barking up the wrong tree" and dumb dogs that do this lose their prey. Without finding the real causes of world terrorism we'll never solve it. Finding a wrong reason is worse than finding no reason.
Contaminated Lettuce
In this modern day and age, when even the most uneducated person knows that its not lettuce that kills us but the irrigation of it with water contaminated by body emissions, it's irritating to find a so called progressive news media channel, like CNN omitting this aspect of the problem.
Jewish Law to examine Lettuce to avoid the sin of eating worms
Contrary to popular opinion I maintain that the law against eating worms, like the other laws of Kosher isn't health related but spiritually and culture related. In my opinion it's only necessary to make a prohibition against eating worms because that was a popular cultural or spiritual practice which negated the idea of the Torah's idea of a civilized human being.
Palestinians Fail to grow bug free Lettuce
The production of worm free lettuce is one of the achievements of Jewish farmers who lived in the Gaza Strip. They earned a good livelihood by selling this lettuce to the ultra orthodox Jewish market. These farms became the property of the Palestinian workers when the Jewish farmers withdrew as part of Israel's policy to leave the Gaza Strip exclusively in the hands of Palestinians. The Palestinians, who prided themselves on being good farmers, failed to master the techniques of growing worm free lettuce. They lost the market and the Jewish farmers are re-establishing their lettuce cultivation in Israel.
